Fees are paid monthly based on the number of active athletes you had that month. Payment is via VISA, Mastercard or American Express

Active athletes are customers who have a paid or free membership, have a class pack that they use in that month, or drop-in for a one-off class. Unlike other providers we don't charge for customers with a class pass that don't show up that month.

Yes these add-ons are optional and you can add or remove these at any time.

Tax or VAT is added on to the monthly fee where we're required to by law. At time of writing this applies to businesses & individuals in the UK, and individuals in the EU. Businesses in the EU use the reverse charge mechanism.

We can currently accept payments in British Pounds (£) or Euros (€). Please contact us for more information on this option. This does not effect the currencies you as a gym can accept payments in (for which we support over 20).

We don't have any tie-in periods so you can close your account at any point.
