Willpowerfitness is a strength and conditioning program with activities that include but are not limited to: power lifting, gymnastics, olympic lifting, kettlebell drills, running in public spaces, rope climbing, rowing, agility drills, jumping, intense cardiovascular activities, games and flexibility training.

I acknowledge that there are risks involved in participating in Willpowerfitness. These involve, but are not limited to those caused by facilities, temperature, my physical condition, equipment, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, and lack of hydration. In consideration of my being accepted into the program, I agree to release and discharge Willpowerfitness and any of its employees or associated volunteers.

Willpowerfitness is about developing health, fitness and well-being. It requires dedication and hard work to master the workouts and obtain optimum performance. If you are a beginner, start off by understanding, then practicing the moves, then light versions of the posted workouts. Take advantage of the Willpowerfitness introductory sessions. If you treat the workouts with contempt and just jump in, they will get their revenge. Our instructors are experts at providing alternative exercises and scaling workouts but it is ultimately your own responsibility to work at an intensity level that you can manage.

In order to manage risks we ask that you agree to be proactive in spotting any risk factors which may harm you, other trainees or trainers. Essentially Willpowerfitness has a high skill content involved in many of the required movements and with these comes an associated risk of injury, if you are not willing to accept this risk of injury you should not do Willpowerfitness.

In recognizing the inherent risk involved in the types of activities undertaken at Willpowerfitness, I accept full financial responsibility for any injury I may cause whether to myself or to any other person due to my negligence or otherwise. If Willpowerfitness incurs legal fees or any other costs in order to enforce this waiver I agree to reimburse them for all costs.
