Membership Fees & Payments
Fees may change with 30 days’ notice; no refunds.
Payments are due monthly, starting from the first of the month or a specified date.
Minimum membership term: 3 months.
Annual fee increases: Up to 1% above inflation or 3%, whichever is higher (30 days’ notice provided).
Late payment penalties: £10 charge after 10 days; failure to pay within a month results in membership termination. Rejoining requires full payment of outstanding fees.

Rules & Compliance
Members must follow all facility rules, which may be updated at CrossFit Warrington’s discretion.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership. Serious breaches may lead to removal from the facility.

Photo & Video Consent
By participating, you grant permission and consent to CrossFit Warrington to take photographs, videos, and audio recordings, and to use, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast, and distribute these images and recordings for the purpose of promoting and publicising CrossFit Warrington and its activities. All photographs, videos, and audio recordings remain the property of CrossFit Warrington.

General Terms
This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Member and CrossFit Warrington.
Membership continues on a rolling monthly basis after the initial 3-month term unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Members must notify CrossFit Warrington in writing of any changes to personal or billing information.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via an online form.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice (after the initial 3-month period) is required before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused membership time.

While the benefits of these sessions are substantial, it is important to recognise that any physical activity carries some degree of risk. These sessions are structured to minimise the potential for injury, but by participating, you do so at your own risk. CrossFit Warrington, and anyone associated with CrossFit Warrington, will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or other issues that may arise as a result of taking part in these sessions. Exercise inherently carries risks, including but not limited to: the potential for injury, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions, or negative effects of over-exertion, such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart rhythm disturbances, and in very rare cases, heart attack. Should you experience any discomfort or pain during a session, please inform your instructor immediately.

You are encouraged to ask your coach any questions during rest intervals throughout your sessions. Participation in these sessions is entirely voluntary, and you are free to opt out at any time. To further reduce the risk of injury, it is advised that you consult your doctor for appropriate guidance and safety precautions before starting this or any exercise programme.
