Activities at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) may include but are not limited to: lifting objects of varying weights, gymnastics, running, jumping, pulling, throwing, and intense cardiovascular activities:

1. I hereby acknowledge that use of the gym facilities and equipment, participation in the classes, and in the training provided at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) exposes me to inherent risks which can include accidents, falls, illness, injury or even death.

2. I agree to use the equipment provided by CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) for its intended use in a safe and responsible manner, I will obey the instructions of representatives of CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) and all posted signs.

3. I confirm that I know of no medical, physical or mental reasons why I would not be capable of performing the physical activity in which I choose to participate at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd). I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating to a staff member prior to commencing activity, any physical and/or mental concerns affecting me which could conflict with participation in my chosen gym activities.

4. I assume all risks of injuries associated with use of CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) and its facilities including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, exercises and techniques taught to me by trainers employed by or providing services for CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) and all other risks being known and appreciated by me.

5. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, in consideration of accepting my use of the gym facilities and of services provided to me at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) I agree to Hold Harmless, Waive and Release CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd), its directors, employees, representatives, anyone else providing a service at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands or claims of any kind arising out of my use of facilities at CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd) or out of my participation in training, classes or anything else organised by or on behalf of CrossFit Disruption (BBCF Ltd).

Photography/Video Release: Participants involved in any activities offered by CrossFit Disruption and its agents, officers, principals, employees and volunteers may take photographs or video recordings of participants during training and events. CrossFit Disruption may use content including photographs, films and/or likeness of me that may be found on social media / publicly accessible platforms. The undersigned hereby consents to the use of these photographs, images and/or videos without compensation for promotional activity on CrossFit Disruption's website, social media or any print publication.
