I realise that my participation in these activities involves potential risk of injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, heart attack, stroke, or even death. I also recognise there are other risks associated with exercise and that it is not possible to list every one. I know and understand the risks of exercise, understand that injuries are a possibility, and I hereby assume all risks of injury which could occur by reason of my participation in this fitness class. I hereby state that I am in good health and are able to take part in this activity. I take full responsibility for my own health and well being and agree that any instructions received will be used at my own risk.

We've tried to keep it short(ish) and simple but by signing our terms and conditions you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. It is the most boring part of it all, but once it’s done, the fun can commence!
We promise we won't do anything dodgy with your info. We will, however, use your personal details and information sensibly to provide you with use of our services and facilities, to administer and maintain our membership records, to process your application and payments, to verify your identity and to carry out market research. We may keep your information for a reasonable period for these purposes. It's highly unlikely but we may have to share your information with our service providers and with other third parties to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, for the prevention of fraud or other crimes, and in the case of medical emergencies. WARRIOR PROJECT & Gym access, courses and events are excluded from this pack
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
To ensure everyone gets a chance to attend and to get people off waitlists, we operate a industry standard 12 hour cancellation policy
You may cancel your booking, without losing a credit, over 12 hours before the start of the session that you have booked. If you book onto a session within 12 hours of its scheduled start time, there is no automatic entitlement to cancel.
All late cancellations (within 12 hours of scheduled start time) or no-shows will be lost
If you have to cancel within 12 hours, cancel via the app.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation from us. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us by phone, e-mail, or in person. We do not guarantee availability at any time.
LATENESS POLICY
We operate a policy which prevents you taking part in a session if you are more than 5 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the session. Where you are not permitted to join a session because of your late arrival it shall be classed as a no-show.
