In2Training Waiver
The participant understands that there is a risk of personal injury in the course of instruction and, with this knowledge, agrees to assume the risk of any injury and damages to participant during the class/seminar.
Specifically, participant agrees to hold harmless the School and all other individuals, organisations, sponsors, promoters, operators, hosts, instructors, associations, schools, owners, officials, directors, employees and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the event that the participant is damaged or injured in any way during the participation, instruction and/or performance of any exercise or during any activity associated with the event location or during transit to or from the event.
Participant further agrees to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules.
Because of the physical demands of the training, participant understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event. Participant understands that in case of injury, the only medical treatment In2CrossFit will provide is first aid.
Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with the membership/class can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time.
I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the teacher(s) at In2CrossFit of any previous or current medical conditions, injuries or surgeries prior to class - these may include but are not limited to:-
Abdominal disorders
Back pain/problems
High blood pressure
Nerve damage/trauma
Pain, stiffness, swelling, broken bones
Shoulder/neck problems
Auto-immune disorders (e.g ME, MS)
Epilepsy
Arthritis (osteo or rheumatoid)
Heart conditions/disorders
Hip problems
Low blood pressure/fainting
Knee problems
Osteoporosis
Pregnant/recent pregnancies
Surgery (in last two years)
Varicose veins/Oedema
Sensory disorders affecting eyes/ears
Anxiety/Stress/Depression
Balance affecting disorder (e.g. vertigo)
Diabetes
Respiratory problems (e.g. Asthma)
I have read and understand this release and agreement and agree to its provisions. I am not under their influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. I am not suffering from any illness or incapacity. I am over 18 years of age. (If not over 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign.)
I have read the above agreement of release of waiver and liability and fully understand its contents, I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
At In2Training we are here to maintain and enforce our membership rules to ensure the gym is a safe and enjoyable experience for all our members. These may be amended from time to time to reflect new processes and procedures put in place.
As a Member of The Gym you agree that you will:
Cleaning
* Clean equipment with the sanitiser spray and cloths provided when you have finished using it.
* Replace equipment back after you have finished with it and after you have cleaned it.
* Wash your hands regularly with soap and water whilst in the gym especially after your have been to the toilet
General gym rules
* Arrive on time for your class. If you are late, we can not guarantee the right kit or lane will be available for you.
* Bags and kit can not be left at the gym these should be taken with you at the end of your session
* Do not throw or drop weights on the gym floor and treat the equipment with some love and care
* Do not use, block or interfere with fire, emergency or disabled access doors or alarms (except in a genuine emergency).
* Please do not park at the solisitors, post 19s parking space or the parking spaces blocked out by the coaches.
* Put your litter in the correct bin, let’s recycle where possible.
* Please do not eat on the gym floor, or take food from the fridge if it isn’t yours.
* Please bring your own chalk box but ensure you do not bring liquid chalk. It’s all kinds of messy!
Children and Pets
* At present you will be unable to bring any dogs or pets into the gym
* If you are bring children you are agreeing to:
* Stay at the back and be as quite was possible
* Ensure there is no food consumed on the gym floor
* Them being your soul responsibility
* You clean the bean bag they have been sat on after class
* That they will stay in their designated spot to ensure they are not moving into other members lanes
