ONE LDN Membership Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By using ONE LDN services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend printing or saving a copy for future reference.
General Information
Contact Details: Members must ensure their name, phone number, and email are accurate and up to date.
Provider: This Website and the Goods/Services are operated by ONE LDN 360 Limited (“ONE LDN,” “The Company”).
Terms Updates: Terms are subject to change. Any updates will take effect once published on the website. Members should review these before making any purchases or continuing their membership.
ONE LDN 360 reserves the right to modify membership prices, fees, and club rules at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
Membership Agreement
Membership Types
Monthly Membership: Paid monthly via Credit/Debit Card (rolling basis). - Paid on the 1st of the month.
Fixed Term Membership: Single upfront cost, not cancellable/freezable within the term duration.
Class User/Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): Users purchasing and using credits.
Both are governed by the same terms.
Joining Process
Membership begins upon completing payment of the current scheduled rate which will be made aware to you before sign up and providing personal details via the website or in-club.
Applicable fees, including a one-time, non-refundable Joining Fee at the current prevailing rate, must be paid upfront.
Members receive a fob for access. Lost fobs can be replaced for a charge.
Discounted Memberships
Members must provide evidence of their eligibility to be on a discounted rate and this will be stored on file.
In the event that eligibility could expire such as a student membership, fees will increase in accordance with the eligibility lapsing.
ONE LDN is not eligible to refund any fees where evidence has not been provided or was provided too late.
Discounted memberships cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
Minimum Term
Members must maintain an active membership for at least one full calendar month, starting from the 1st of the month following their joining date, before requesting a cancellation. All club memberships have a minimum commitment period of two months.
For example:
If you join on 15th September, your minimum term begins on 1st October. Cancellation can be requested on October 31st, with your last payment date being 1st November and the final date of active membership being 30th November.
Payment Terms
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month.
Members must hold valid payment details on their account.
Failed payments may incur administration fees and/or lead to immediate termination. ONE LDN will attempt collection multiple times in the following months.
Failure to pay membership fees, may lead to your details being shared with a third party debt recovery service who will act on behalf of ONE LDN 360 Ltd.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please do contact membership@oneldn.com who can assist with payment terms.
Rejoining after termination requires paying current membership rates and settling outstanding balances.
Access & Usage
Memberships can not be transferred between persons, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised access may result in an additional one-month fee and or termination of your membership.
Membership grants access only to the agreed location and services.
Class bookings and credits are non-transferable.
In the event that the Member falls into debt with outstanding fees payable, all fees must be settled before the Member can use the Club.
Freezing Memberships
Freezing is only available to Club members.
Club members can freeze for a period of a minimum of 1 full calendar month running from the 1st until the last day of the month and maximum of 6 months within a 12 month period of membership commencement. Memberships will automatically be reactivated after six months.
A fee of £12.50/per calendar month is applied to membership freezes. If you would like to freeze your membership for the following month, you are required to email membership@oneldn.com on or before the 15th of the current month.
You are unable to cancel membership from a frozen state; members must reactivate and pay for one full calendar month before canceling.
Requests must be submitted via email to membership@oneldn.com.
Membership Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership at the end of the minimum term by providing one full calendar month's written notice, effective from the 1st of the following month.
Your last payment will be a full calendar month's payment, which is due on the 1st of the month following the date of your cancellation.
ONE LDN is not obligated to refund any fees where the member cannot provide proof of a valid cancellation request.
Requests must be submitted via email to membership@oneldn.com.
Upon cancellation, any discounted rates are forfeited.
Membership Types
Various memberships, rolling, fixed term and pay as you go options available. All memberships require a credit/debit card to be held on file.
Membership fees may be increased at the discretion of ONE LDN with a full calendar month’s notice. Changes to pricing for new joiners may be made without notice.
Club Membership
Payments are collected on the 1st of each month.
Membership has a minimum term of 2 months and rolls on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the ONE LDN cancellation policy.
The minimum term begins on the 1st of your first full month.
For example:
Join on 17th June, a pro-rata amount will be taken for June, and the minimum term will start on 1st July.
Annual Membership
Starts from the date of payment and runs for a fixed 12 month period.
Freezing or cancelling within this period is not possible.

3-Month Membership
Starts from the date of payment and runs for a fixed 3 month period.
After the initial minimum term of 3 months, this rolls and will be charged every 3 months unless cancelled in accordance with the ONE LDN cancellation policy. I.e. One full calendar month's notice is required prior to the next payment cycle.
ONE LDN is not obligated to refund any fees where the member cannot provide proof of a valid cancellation request.
Freezing this membership is not possible.
Friend Referral Program- Club members only.
Existing club members will receive credit equal to 50% of their current club membership monthly fee when a referred friend joins and completes one full month's club membership.
Credits are applied to future fees or purchases.
Discounted memberships cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
The referred club member shall relieve 50% off their first month’s membership fee.
£30 joining fee applies to the new Joiner.
7-Day Trial (£49)
The 7-Day Trial Pass begins immediately upon sign-up and will expire on the 7th day at 11:59 PM.
To be eligible for the trial pass, valid card details must be provided at the time of sign-up.
The 7-day trial begins immediately upon sign-up and ends at 11:59 PM local time on the 7th calendar day, unless otherwise specified.
Membership starts on the 8th day at a pro-rata rate for the remainder of the month. No joining fee (JF) is charged upon completion.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If the trial is canceled during the 7-day period, the cancellation will be processed, and access will end at the completion of the 7-day period.
Trials not canceled by 11:59 PM on the 7th day will automatically convert to a regular monthly Club Membership at the prevailing rate and all Terms and Conditions will apply - notice to cancel must be emailed to membership@oneldn.com
ONE LDN reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Personal Training Intro Offer (£125)
3 x 60 minute sessions which must be completed within the same calendar month.
Must be purchased with a form of membership of 1 month minimum.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Available for memberships purchased online (distance selling).
Refunds are valid within 14 days if the member has visited the club no more than once.
Class Booking & Cancellation Policy
Early Cancel: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to retain credits.
Late Cancel/No-Show: Cancellation within 12 hours before the class, a £5 fee applies; credits are forfeited.
Lateness: Members arriving over 5 minutes late will not be allowed entry or refunded.
Consistent class no-show or outstanding fees will result in temporary suspension of class booking ability.
Member Obligations
Members must be at least 18 years old. Users aged 16-18 require written parental consent.
Accurate personal information is mandatory.
Must hold a valid payment card on file.
Members must comply with gym rules, use equipment properly, and consult staff when needed.
ONE LDN reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-payment or rule violations.
Liability & Third-Party Services
Members using a third party service such as ClasspPass, Hussle, WellHub/Gympass all must adhere to the club rules and regulations.
Data Protection and Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described below:
1. Data Collection
We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, membership info, and health data etc) to provide services, manage your membership, and ensure safety.
2. Purpose
Your data is used for membership management, communication, health assessments, and complying with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage
Your personal data will be securely stored and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined. When no longer needed, it will be securely deleted.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent regarding your data. Contact us at imperialwharf@oneldn.com to exercise your rights.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties except when required by law or necessary for service delivery.
6. Security
We implement security measures to protect your data, though no method is entirely risk-free.
ONE LDN is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or negligence by third-party service providers (e.g., personal trainers, physiotherapists).
Personal belongings are stored at the member’s own risk; ONE LDN is not responsible for loss or damage.
Health and Safety
Health Declaration:
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have no health or fitness issues (e.g., heart conditions, high blood pressure, joint injuries, dizziness, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, or other conditions) that may affect your participation in services or content provided by ONE LDN 360. You must inform staff of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to attending classes or using facilities to ensure necessary adjustments can be made for your safety. An induction session may be required to discuss your needs. Failure to disclose this information may impact our ability to accommodate you.

Health Changes:
You agree to inform ONE LDN 360 immediately if your health or injury risk changes. This agreement becomes binding once you check "I confirm that I have read the Health Declaration" and press "Complete Booking."
Acknowledgment of Risk:
You confirm that participation in activities such as aerobic exercise, resistance training, and stretching involves inherent risks. You voluntarily engage in these activities and understand it is your responsibility to inform staff of any health changes, discomfort, or injuries during participation.
Participants Aged 16-18
As the parent or guardian, I confirm that I have read and accepted the Health Declaration on behalf of the participant. I approve their use of the gym and participation in activities, and I agree they will follow the terms outlined in this agreement.
I will inform ONE LDN 360 of any changes to the participant's health or injury risk. When the participant turns 18, their continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of these terms, and they will be responsible for updating their health information.
