Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel or make changes to your membership, a one-month notice from the next billing date (1st of each month) is required. This notice period allows us to process your request smoothly and ensure a seamless transition.

Membership Pause/Hold request Policy
If you need to temporarily freeze or pause your membership, a fee of £20 per month will apply. This fee reserves your spot and ensures that you can return to the same membership rate when you choose to reactivate your membership.

Session Cancellation Policy
To avoid losing any sessions, please adhere to our cancellation policy. We require that you cancel your session at least 4 hours before the class start time or before the overnight window between 9 pm and 7 am.
Injury/Background Profile
At Berserk, our goal is to provide you with the best workout experience possible, regardless of any restrictions. Please inform our coaches of any injuries, pregnancy, or conditions so they can prepare and modify workouts accordingly.
